Private sessions are online.

Sessions focus on nervous system regulation, relational pattern recalibration, and practical integration into real-life situations.

Private work is available in three-month and six-month containers, allowing space for meaningful integration and consistent application of the work.

Some people choose the three-month container when they feel confident in their ability to apply the work independently in a shorter period of time.

Others prefer the six-month container for additional time, accountability, support, and deeper integration.

The ideal option often depends on how much structure and accountability you feel will support you best.
